Vanicream

Was created in 1974 by two hospital pharmacists, Conrad Thompson and Edward Mansfield, in Rochester, Minnesota. Prompted by local dermatologists, they sought to develop moisturizers without common chemical irritants. They formed Pharmaceutical Specialties, Inc. (PSI) in 1975 and launched their signature Vanicream skin cream in 1980
