Take the hair assessmentThe Elizavecca CER-100 Collagen Coating Hair A+ Muscle Hell-Tornado Shampoo is perfect for refreshing and caring for your scalp and hair. Designed to fight dandruff, it’s great for oily scalps, helping to remove dead skin and keep your scalp healthy. With tea tree oil and natural herbs, it leaves a cool, fresh feeling while soothing irritation. Packed with collagen, keratin, and nourishing ingredients like ginseng and lavender, it strengthens hair roots and repairs dry, damaged strands. This shampoo not only keeps your scalp clean but also leaves your hair soft, smooth, and full of life.

CER-100 Collagen Coating Hair A+ Muscle Hell-Tornado Shampoo is a shampoo from Elizavecca, aimed at fine hair, straight hair and wavy hair. On the evidence of its ingredient list, the formula works on oil control, scalp soothing and moisture. The ingredients doing most of that work are Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Zinc Pyrithione and Cocamidopropyl Betaine. The list runs to 43 ingredients, 17 of which carry a role we recognise for hair.
It cleanses with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, a sulfate detergent — effective on oil and product, and the thing people move away from when colour fades fast or the lengths feel stripped. It is buffered with Cocamidopropyl Betaine, which softens that considerably.
The formula reads as lightweight: humectants lead and there is little in the way of heavy oil or silicone, so it should not weigh fine hair down. There are no silicones in the list. Protein outweighs the moisturising ingredients, which is what damaged hair usually wants and what hair already stiff with protein usually does not.
It carries a moderate amount of protein — Hydrolyzed Collagen, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein and Hydrolyzed Corn Protein — enough to firm up damaged lengths without dominating the formula.
For the scalp itself the formula carries Zinc Pyrithione, Menthol and Niacinamide. A sensitive or easily irritated scalp may want something milder — the detergent here is the strong kind.
It is the first step of a wash: it goes on wet hair before anything else. After soaking enough water into the hair, remove an appropriate amount of shampoo. Gently massage the scalp and hair, and then rinse the hair with lukewarm water.
Nothing in this formula is aimed at volume / lightweight, color protection and shine — not a fault, just the shape of what is in the bottle, and the reason one product rarely covers a whole routine. No ingredient here is one we recognise as supporting hair growth. Reducing breakage and growing hair are different things, and this formula's evidence is for the first.

One ingredient usually does several jobs, so these counts add up to more than the list length.
