See how this fits your hair
Take the hair assessment and I'll rate this product for your hair type.
Take the hair assessmentThis powerhouse shampoo is meticulously formulated with collagen and an array of plant-based proteins, creating a luxurious lather that cleanses away dirt and impurities while fortifying your hair's strength. Enriched with ceramide NP, propolis extract, and heartleaf extract, it doesn't just clean; it hydrates your hair from root to tip, bestowing a healthy, radiant sheen.

CER-100 Collagen Coating Hair A+ Muscle Shampoo is a shampoo from Elizavecca, aimed at fine hair, straight hair and wavy hair. On the evidence of its ingredient list, the formula works on moisture, frizz control and oil control. The ingredients doing most of that work are Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate and Glycerin. The list runs to 40 ingredients, 18 of which carry a role we recognise for hair.
It is sulfate-free: the cleansing is done by Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate and Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, milder surfactants that leave more of the hair's own oil behind.
The formula reads as lightweight: humectants lead and there is little in the way of heavy oil or silicone, so it should not weigh fine hair down. The silicone here is Peg-12 Dimethicone, the water-soluble kind — the same slip and shine, without the build-up that needs a clarifying wash to shift.
It carries a moderate amount of protein — Hydrolyzed Collagen, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Hydrolyzed SOY Protein and Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein — enough to firm up damaged lengths without dominating the formula.
Several ingredients here stay on the hair between washes — Polyquaternium-10, Polyquaternium-67 and Polyquaternium-11 — so on low-porosity or fine hair this is a formula that will want a clarifying wash from time to time.
It is the first step of a wash: it goes on wet hair before anything else. Soak hair in lukewarm water. Remove an appropriate amount of water from the hair. Gently massage the hair and scalp with shampoo, and then rinse the hair with lukewarm water.
Nothing in this formula is aimed at volume / lightweight, color protection, build-up avoidance and shine — not a fault, just the shape of what is in the bottle, and the reason one product rarely covers a whole routine. No ingredient here is one we recognise as supporting hair growth. Reducing breakage and growing hair are different things, and this formula's evidence is for the first.

Cuticles are tight; moisture penetrates poorly.
Cuticles are moderately open; moisture is absorbed well.
Cuticles are open; moisture absorbs fast but is also lost rapidly.
Fits the method: no sulfates, no persistent silicones, no drying alcohol.
"Free from" is only claimed when every ingredient on the label resolved to one we know.

One ingredient usually does several jobs, so these counts add up to more than the list length.
