The LAGOM Cellus Sensitive Cica Cream is a soothing, hydrating moisturizer designed for sensitive, irritated, oily, dehydrated, and acne-prone skin. Formulated with a patented Super Cica-4TM complex (5,000 ppm), featuring four core Centella Asiatica components (Madecassoside, Asiaticoside, Madecassic Acid, Asiatic Acid), this cream calms irritated skin and maintains optimal skin health. It incorporates a PICO AC3 Complex4TM (Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Perilla Frutescens Leaf Extract, Caesalpinia Sappan Bark Extract, Paeonia Lactiflora Root Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract) to reduce excess sebum, minimize clogged pores, and relieve blemishes. Enriched with 70,000 ppm Panthenol, Ceramide NP, and other hydrating ingredients, it strengthens the skin barrier, locks in moisture, and soothes environmental stress. The lightweight, non-sticky texture absorbs quickly, providing long-lasting hydration without heaviness. Dermatologically tested and free from parabens, artificial fragrances, and 20 potentially irritating ingredients, this Korean-made cream is ideal for those with sensitive or troubled skin seeking balanced moisture and sebum control. Recommended for: All skin types, dry, irritated skin.

About Cellus Sensitive Cica Cream

Overview

Cellus Sensitive Cica Cream is a cushioning cream from LAGOM. Its job is UV protection, with the rest of the formula working on hydration and soothing. The ingredient list runs to 44 ingredients, each broken down in full below.

Texture and finish

By its ingredient list the formula reads as moderately cushioned — emollient enough to feel like a cream, without the heaviest occlusives near the top. It contains both silicones and oils, a combination that usually finishes smooth and slightly satin and sits well under makeup. Hydration is handled by Glycerin, Butylene Glycol and Panthenol, humectants that pull water into the upper layers of skin rather than sealing it there.

UV filter system

It is a mineral sunscreen, filtering with Zinc Oxide. Between them those filters cover UVB, UVA II and UVA I, so the formula is broad-spectrum in the meaningful sense: it reaches past 340 nm, where the ageing wavelengths sit. Every filter in the formula is photostable, so its protection does not fall away over the first hour in the sun — reapplication is still about sweat, water and rubbing rather than degradation.

What the formula does

Hydration: Very high. Ingredients that pull and hold water in the upper layers of skin, and here that comes from Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Panthenol and Betaine.

Soothing: High. Ingredients aimed at visible redness and reactivity, and here that comes from Panthenol, Neopentyl Glycol Diheptanoate, Madecassoside and Allantoin.

Barrier support: Moderate. Lipids and repair signals that support skin barrier integrity, and here that comes from Panthenol, Ceramide NP, Hydrogenated Lecithin and Cholesterol.

Who it suits

On richness alone it suits Balanced skin best, and is the least natural fit for Dry and Combination (dry) skin. Nothing in the list is flagged as a common irritant, which is a reasonable starting point for reactive skin — though a patch test is still the only way to know.

What it does not target

The formula contributes little or nothing on antioxidant protection, cell renewal and firmness signalling. That is not a fault — most products are not meant to do everything — but if one of those is your priority, this is not the product that will address it.

What is not in it

Reading the full list, the formula is fragrance-free, essential-oil-free, no drying alcohol, paraben-free, microplastic-free and sulfate-free. Those claims come from the ingredient list itself, not from the packaging.

Where it fits in a routine

It can be used morning and evening. In a routine it goes after serums. Seal in your serums with it; in the morning, sunscreen still goes on top. It carries UV filters, so it belongs in your morning routine.

This summary is generated from the product's ingredient list. It is not a review, it is not the brand's own marketing claims, and it does not replace advice from a dermatologist.

Safety and suitability

Flags to check, not verdicts. None of this is medical advice — if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or treating a skin condition, ask a doctor.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Nothing in this formula is on the standard pregnancy-caution list. That is not clearance — ask your doctor about anything you use daily.
Fungal acne (malassezia)
